Shipping policy

Most items are made to order. Some items are made before listed for sale. I will do my best to have your items to you as soon as possible. 

Orders are processed almost daily (excluding weekends & holidays). Items may take 2-5 days to process.

Items leave our "headquarters" within 3-5 business days.

Any shipping estimate provided at checkout does not include processing times. For example, if a shipping speed says 10 business days, that means 10 business days from when the selected shipping service receives the package. It's just an estimate and not a guaranteed timeframe. Most shipping arrives to you within 7-10 days, unfortunately we can not guarantee quicker shipping at this time.

 

Local Pickup Policy

Your order must be picked up with in 24-48 of pick up notification unless other arrangements have been made. If an order is not collected, I will try to contact you. If unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled and payment refunded. If something comes up and your pickup needs to be delayed, please contact me!

Current Pick Up Hours:

     Monday - Friday: 6-9pm
     Saturday: 3-7pm

Bring your confirmation email or ID when you come to collect your order.
